When you make a purchase on our marketplace, your payment is processed securely via Peach Payments. We do not release your money to the Seller immediately. We are Geekin’ holds the funds in trust until the Seller provides valid proof of dispatch or delivery. If a Seller fails to ship your item, your money is safe, and you are guaranteed a full refund.
Because you are buying from independent creators, the following scenarios are generally not eligible for refunds, unless the individual Seller explicitly agrees to it:
“Change of Mind”: You decided you no longer want the item after it has been shipped.
Custom or Personalized Items: Any item that was custom-made, commissioned, or personalized specifically for you cannot be returned or refunded.
Digital Goods: Downloadable items, digital art, or gift cards are strictly non-refundable once the files have been accessed or sent.
Minor Variations: Handmade items may have slight variations in color or texture compared to digital photos. These are not considered defects.
If you experience an issue with your order, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact the Seller. Always reach out to the Seller first via the platform. Our creators are passionate about their work and will usually resolve issues (like sending a replacement) quickly and amicably.
Step 2: Escalate to We are Geekin’. If the Seller does not respond within 3 business days, or if you cannot reach an agreement, you may escalate the issue to our Support Team.
Step 3: Investigation. We are Geekin’ will step in as a mediator. We will review the communication, photographic evidence, and shipping tracking numbers.
Step 4: Resolution. If we determine the claim is valid under Section 2 of this policy, we will cancel the payout to the Seller and process a refund directly back to your original payment method.
Note: Once We are Geekin’ triggers a refund, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your bank and Peach Payments’ processing times.
